Sorry, but I have to make this fast.
This is a positively wonderful CD. Susan has a way of making every song a thing of crystal clear beauty while also putting her own signature on it. For instance the Monkee's song "Daydream Believer". Now, we all know this piece as really catchy, semi-upbeat and beloved. I at first envisioned Susan trying to boldly bounce through it like the original but she certainly did not. The song was still as wonderful as ever but she turned it into a gentle, smooth and relaxing thing of beauty. She is truly gifted and magical [in my opinion]. Which is what this review is supposed to be, right?
