I was impressed that the description of the used CD I wanted stated that it was in excellent condition. That was very important to me, and it was!
The only thing that caught me off guard is that when I received my safely packaged CD from the previous owner, since I did not recognize the name or return address, it sat on my table for a day (giving me time to remember I had ordered the CD) and realize that it was safe to open.
As indicated, I obviously have not ordered many items through Amazon, but I have NEVER been disappointed with my transactions.
