Who wasn't captured by Susan Boyle's performance on Britain's Got Talent this year? If you weren't - of course you won't like this CD - otherwise this is a keeper. Included is the obligatory "Silent Night" to capture Christmas sales; but overall, it's an album beautifully produced and you come away with a belief that the chosen cuts capture her love of church music and the Broadway tunes she does so well. I wish there were more demanding songs here but it leaves you wanting more, which is what it's all about. Absolutely captivating renditions of Madonna's hit (sorry can't remember the title right now - surviving on her own), Wild Horses, and Cry Me A River.
